Bridgette joins us from New Zealand bringing over 8 years of experience working in private practice.
Bridgette graduated with a BHSc Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology in 2015 before completing a certificate in Orthopaedic and Manual Therapy in 2017 and a Postgraduate certificate in western acupuncture in 2018.
She is passionate about sport and musculoskeletal physiotherapy and comes from a competitive athletic background. She has competed at a national level in swimming and represented her region in age group teams in rugby, football and basketball.
Bridgette has worked as lead physiotherapist for the University of Waikato women’s rugby team, St Paul’s collegiate 1st XV and New Zealand U17 Harlequins team.
In New Zealand Bridgette has gained additional experience and has a particular interest in: delivering post operative rehabilitation, concussion rehabilitation, treating patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, return to sport testing for ACL injuries and leading joint intervention programmes to support patients to manage living with osteoarthritis.
