I had an assessment session with Andy yesterday and was so impressed with the thoroughness and the care taken throughout. I have seen many physios in the past as have ongoing problems with my knees but have never fully understood what was causing all the problems and the different movements in the joint. I had pretty much conceded defeat that nothing more could be done. After seeing Andy, I left yesterday with a much better understanding of what was going on, he took the time to explain everything he was doing and I am now feeling much more reassured and hopeful that there is a way forward. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
